Shipping costs generally depend on the value of the goods in the order:
- Orders within Germany are shipped free of charge for orders over €60.00.
- For orders with a value of goods under €60.00, a flat rate of €6.95 will be charged for shipping costs.
We ship all packages with DHL GoGreen.
- In principle, you have the right to return items to us within 14 days (from the day of delivery).
- The return period is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.
- The return shipment must be sent to the address provided in the imprint.
- The credit will be issued immediately after a positive inspection of the returned items.
